1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GIDI LIVE, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use GIDI LIVE.

These Terms apply to visitors, registered users, contributors, and anyone who interacts with the platform.

Where applicable, additional rules or guidelines presented for a specific GIDI LIVE feature may also apply to use of that feature.

2. Eligibility

Users must meet the minimum age required to legally use the service in their jurisdiction.

If GIDI LIVE establishes a specific minimum age requirement in the future, this section will be updated accordingly.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of GIDI LIVE is lawful in the jurisdiction where they access the service.

3. GIDI LIVE Accounts

Some features may require users to create an account.

Users agree to:

• •Maintain the security of their account
• •Keep login credentials confidential
• •Not knowingly allow unauthorized persons to use their account
• •Notify GIDI LIVE if they believe their account has been compromised

GIDI LIVE may restrict or suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security violations, or violations of these Terms.

4. User-Generated Content

GIDI LIVE allows users to submit and share content, which may include:

• •Neighborhood updates
• •Comments
• •Replies
• •Photos
• •Videos
• •Text
• •Reactions
• •Location-related information
• •Other community contributions

Users remain responsible for the content they submit.

By submitting content, users represent that they have the necessary rights or permissions to submit that content and that doing so does not knowingly violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

5. Community Reporting

GIDI LIVE is a community information platform.

Information submitted by users may concern traffic, accidents, safety, crime, public events, neighborhood activity, emergencies, businesses, road conditions, or other community matters.

Users should make reasonable efforts to ensure that reports are accurate and not intentionally misleading.

Users must NOT knowingly:

• •Submit fabricated incidents
• •Create false emergency reports
• •Deliberately spread false information
• •Misrepresent an event as having occurred when they know it did not
• •Impersonate authorities, emergency personnel, organizations, or other individuals
• •Manipulate reports to intentionally mislead other users
• •Use the platform to deliberately cause panic or unnecessary public alarm

GIDI LIVE may remove, restrict, label, or otherwise manage reports that appear to violate these Terms.

GIDI LIVE does not guarantee that every community-submitted report is accurate, complete, current, or independently verified.

Users should exercise appropriate judgment when relying on information submitted by other users.

6. Emergency and Safety Information

GIDI LIVE may contain information relating to accidents, crime, emergencies, public safety, traffic, or other potentially time-sensitive situations.

GIDI LIVE is a community information platform and is NOT a substitute for emergency services, law enforcement, medical services, fire services, or other official emergency resources.

If immediate assistance is required, users should contact the appropriate emergency services or authorities.

GIDI LIVE does not guarantee that an incident report will be seen, reviewed, verified, or acted upon in time to prevent harm.

7. Location-Based Features

GIDI LIVE may provide features that use location, city, neighborhood, or area information to help users discover relevant community content.

Users understand that location-based information may be:

• •User-provided
• •Automatically generated
• •Inaccurate
• •Outdated
• •Subject to technical limitations

Users should avoid publicly sharing another person’s private location, home address, phone number, or other sensitive information without appropriate authorization.

Location features should not be used to facilitate harassment, stalking, threats, or other harmful activity.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use GIDI LIVE to:

• •Break the law
• •Threaten or harass others
• •Engage in stalking or targeted intimidation
• •Impersonate another person or organization
• •Submit knowingly false reports
• •Commit fraud or scams
• •Distribute malware or malicious software
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• •Circumvent security features
• •Spam users or flood the platform with repetitive content
• •Publish another person’s sensitive personal information without authorization
• •Promote or facilitate criminal activity
• •Infringe intellectual-property rights
• •Interfere with the normal operation of GIDI LIVE
• •Use automated systems to abuse or overload the platform
• •Attempt to manipulate community features through deceptive activity
• •Use GIDI LIVE to facilitate violence or threats of violence
• •Otherwise misuse the service in a manner that could harm users, the platform, or the community

9. Content Moderation

GIDI LIVE may, but does not necessarily have an obligation to, review user-generated content.

GIDI LIVE may remove, restrict, hide, label, or otherwise moderate content that:

• •Violates these Terms
• •Violates applicable law
• •Creates a safety or security concern
• •Contains prohibited personal information
• •Appears fraudulent or intentionally misleading
• •Contains spam or malicious material
• •Violates another person’s rights
• •Is otherwise inappropriate for the platform

GIDI LIVE may also restrict or suspend accounts associated with serious or repeated violations.

Nothing in this section requires GIDI LIVE to monitor every piece of content.

10. Content Ownership and License

Users generally retain ownership of content they submit to GIDI LIVE.

By submitting or publishing content through GIDI LIVE, users grant GIDI LIVE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, format, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, promote, and provide the GIDI LIVE service.

This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, including where copies may remain in backups or technical systems after content is removed.

GIDI LIVE does not claim ownership of a user’s original content merely because the user submits it to the platform.

Users should only submit content for which they have the necessary rights or permissions.

11. Intellectual Property

The GIDI LIVE platform, including its branding, logos, design elements, software, original graphics, text, and other proprietary materials, may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, users may not:

• •Copy GIDI LIVE branding or logos
• •Reproduce proprietary platform materials
• •Reverse engineer the platform
• •Attempt to extract or reproduce proprietary software
• •Use GIDI branding in a misleading manner
• •Suggest an unauthorized affiliation with GIDI LIVE

The GIDI name and logo should not be reproduced or modified in a way that creates confusion regarding affiliation or endorsement.

12. Third-Party Services

GIDI LIVE may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including authentication providers, hosting services, analytics providers, mapping/location services, payment services, or other technology providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

GIDI LIVE is not responsible for the independent operation, policies, availability, or content of third-party services.

Users may be required to comply with applicable third-party terms when using those services through GIDI LIVE.

13. Availability of the Service

GIDI LIVE is provided on an evolving basis.

The platform may occasionally experience:

• •Updates
• •Bugs
• •Outages
• •Delays
• •Feature changes
• •Security incidents
• •Third-party service interruptions
• •Technical limitations

GIDI LIVE does not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

GIDI LIVE may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace features when reasonably necessary.

14. Informational Nature of Community Content

Community content is provided for informational purposes.

GIDI LIVE does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or usefulness of user-submitted information.

Users should independently verify important information, particularly information relating to:

• •Crime
• •Safety
• •Medical situations
• •Traffic conditions
• •Road closures
• •Public events
• •Allegations concerning individuals or organizations

GIDI LIVE should not be treated as an official government, law-enforcement, medical, emergency-response, or public-authority source unless GIDI explicitly identifies a source as official.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GIDI LIVE is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

GIDI LIVE makes no guarantees that:

• •The platform will always operate without interruption
• •Community content will always be accurate
• •Reports will always be verified
• •Information will always be current
• •The service will be free from errors
• •The platform will meet every user’s particular requirements
• •Third-party services will always remain available

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GIDI LIVE and its operators, service providers, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to a user’s use of, or inability to use, the service.

This may include losses arising from reliance on user-generated content, inaccurate reports, interrupted service, third-party services, or unauthorized activity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

17. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own use of GIDI LIVE and for content they submit.

Users should use reasonable judgment when:

• •Sharing information
• •Reporting incidents
• •Interacting with other users
• •Sharing location-related information
• •Relying on community reports
• •Responding to safety-related information

GIDI LIVE should not be used as the sole source for decisions where inaccurate or delayed information could reasonably result in serious harm.

18. Account Suspension or Termination

GIDI LIVE may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account when reasonably necessary, including when:

• •The user violates these Terms
• •The account is involved in fraud or abuse
• •The account presents a security risk
• •The user repeatedly violates community rules
• •Required by law
• •Necessary to protect users or the platform

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, GIDI LIVE may provide notice or an opportunity to address violations.

Users may stop using GIDI LIVE at any time.

Account termination does not necessarily require immediate deletion of all information where retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or legitimate operational purposes.

19. Reporting Abuse or Violations

Users may report content or behavior that they believe violates these Terms through the available reporting tools or by contacting Support@giditraffic.com.

Reports should contain enough information to allow GIDI LIVE to understand the issue.

GIDI LIVE may review reports and take action at its discretion and as required by applicable law.

20. Privacy

Use of GIDI LIVE is also subject to the GIDI LIVE Privacy Policy, available at GidiTraffic.com/privacy.

Use of GIDI LIVE is also subject to the GIDI LIVE Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is not duplicated here; it applies in addition to these Terms.

21. Changes to These Terms

GIDI LIVE may update these Terms as the platform, features, or applicable requirements change.

When material changes are made, the “Last Updated” date will be revised and appropriate notice provided where required.

Continued use of GIDI LIVE after the updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

GIDI LIVE will not silently make material changes where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

Disputes relating to GIDI LIVE or these Terms will be handled according to applicable law.

Any mandatory consumer protections or rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected by these Terms.

Specific governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions will be added to this section following legal review.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the GIDI LIVE Privacy Policy and any additional terms specifically applicable to particular features, constitute the applicable agreement governing use of GIDI LIVE, except where additional or separate agreements expressly apply.
